I am a career and life coach with over 15 years of experience using a client-customized, strengths-based approach in supporting others to engage their strengths to reach their full potential and live a life filled with joy. As a certified career and life coach with formal training in business and theology at Emory University (MBA, MDiv), I am a natural at supporting others in their development as they evolve through the different stages of their career and lives.

I have dedicated my life’s work to coaching and training others to engage their strengths to reach their full potential. I have coached thousands of professionals and students and specialize in supporting mid-career professionals (those with 5+ years of experience) looking to make a transition in their career trajectory by assessing strengths and exploring alternative career paths. I counsel new professionals on how to launch their career, assess and improve any skills gaps, and engage successfully with their employers. I also advise senior leaders to embrace generational differences and diversity to enhance their human capital strategy for greater impact.
